• The 30-day returns, and warranty policy starts at the date of delivery.
• All Warranty related returns will be inspected by our technicians to determine warranty coverage.
• Return requests are answered in the order they are received. Please allow 1-3 business days for our customer service team to process your return request.
• We may refer you directly to the manufacturer for warranty service.  This allows for faster and more efficient processing of warranty claims.
• All returns are subject to inspection by our returns department before being processed. Returns that are missing the factory packaging, are not returned in new condition, opened, or used consumables, or show signs of abuse may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• We offer free return shipping with all domestic returns (excluding sales to Canada). 
• Items returned to us without an approval will be returned to the customer at their expense.
• In order to process your exchanges or warranty repairs as quickly as possible we may assist you in communicating directly with distributors/manufacturer’s warranty repair centers.

Order Processing & Shipping Information

• Express orders (UPS 3day, 2day and Next day) are shipped within 1 business day.
• Domestic Grounds orders are shipped within 1~3 business days (not including weekends and holidays.
• International orders take 3-5 business days to ship due to extra compliance requirements.
• Order cannot be canceled or altered when it is in the shipping stage. Please email us right away. We will try our best to assist.
• In the event of a Back Order or Pre Order, your order may be fulfilled in two separate shipments. Shipment after the first will be shipped via regular ground service. All additional expenses will be covered by MayhemBros.com.
• Your credit card is charged for the full order amount at the time of order placement. In the event of Back Order, you can request for an immediate refund.

Order Cancellation Policies

• Please Email us at Support@Mayhembros.com to cancel your order. 
• You can cancel your order anytime BEFORE it ships. Once it is shipped, you can submit a return after the order is delivered. Depending on when the cancellation is placed, there is no guarantee the order will be canceled before it is shipped. 
• If you need to update your shipping address or shipping method after your order is placed, please Email us right away at Support@Mayhembros.com
• To avoid placing a duplicate order, please DO NOT click “back” on your browser after confirming the order.

Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyer assumes 100% ownership of products purchased from MayhemBros.com and related websites.
• Buyer assumes 100% responsibilities and liabilities from using the products purchased.
• Buyer agrees not to alter and modify any product unless the are willing to void our 30 day warranty.
• Buyer will hold MayhemBros.com, its staff, employees, and affiliates harmless of all liabilities and legal matters resulting from the purchase.
• Buyer is fully responsible for local law and regulations. (Observation of country, state and city laws is the sole responsibility of the consumer.)
• Buyer agrees that all transactions done on online with MayhemBros.com are sourced in California, where any future disputes will take place.
